Cancellation: Nominated individuals who are unable to attend can nominate somebody else to go in their place.
For cancellations notified before 31 August 2018 the sum paid will be reimbursed after the deduction of €150 to cover administration costs. For cancellations made from 27 August onwards, a reimbursement of 50% will be made and the documentation will be sent to the participant. Cancellations made from 20 September 2018 onwards will be considered as a “no show” and no reimbursements will be made.
